Assault soldier
A role intended for service members prepared to take part directly in ground operations and carry out combat missions alongside assault teams.
An assault soldier should have good physical conditioning, discipline, psychological resilience, the ability to work under pressure, and the willingness to operate in physically and mentally demanding environments.
Preparation includes individual training, teamwork, adaptation to equipment, and familiarization with the procedures used by the unit.
Recommended profile: good physical fitness, discipline, psychological resilience, teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to high-pressure situations. Previous military experience is preferred, but not required.
Defence soldier
A role intended for service members responsible for holding and protecting positions, maintaining the security of the assigned area, and sustaining defensive operations under pressure.
A defense soldier should have discipline, physical and psychological endurance, constant situational awareness, and the ability to remain effective during extended periods in position.
The role requires teamwork, strict adherence to orders, and the ability to respond in an organized manner to changes in the situation on the ground.
Recommended profile: good physical fitness, discipline, psychological resilience, attentiveness, teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to prolonged periods of activity. Previous military experience is preferred, but not required.
Combat Medic
A role intended for service members responsible for the initial care of wounded or ill personnel in an operational environment.
The combat medic performs initial assessment, stabilization, first aid, preparation for evacuation, and continued care until the casualty reaches the next level of medical support.
The role requires emotional control, responsibility, the ability to work under pressure, and sound decision-making in emergency situations.
Recommended profile: knowledge of first aid, medicine, nursing, or pre-hospital care. Previous training or professional experience in healthcare is highly valued.
Drone Operator
A role intended for service members responsible for operating unmanned aerial systems used for observation, reconnaissance, terrain monitoring, and support to the unit’s situational awareness.
A drone operator should have strong concentration, good coordination, comfort with technology, and the ability to interpret images and information accurately.
The role requires responsible handling of equipment, constant attention, and the ability to work closely with other teams.
Recommended profile: comfort with technology, good coordination, concentration, the ability to interpret images and information, and adaptability to extended operating periods. Previous experience with drones, electronics, IT, or simulators is valued, but not required.
